includes Freeview channels plus Amazon Firestick for access to more
channels, plus, The cottage is equipped with BT infinity super fast broadband/WiFi.

four,
The well-equipped kitchen has an electric
oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso vertuo coffee machine, cafetiere plus pretty much all
the kitchen paraphernalia you should need during your stay.
French doors open out on to the private terrace,
with seating for 4 people.
The terrace has open access to the large lawned communal garden which has a brick BBQ and is big enough for the
children to let off steam whilst you sit back and relax.
Off the entrance hall there is downstairs toilet and the staircase
leading to the first floor.
The upstairs bathroom has a vanity unit, full-size bath
with shower over and heated towel rail.
If you are bringing your baby there is a Graco travel cot available for you to use and a highchair. Please request at the time of booking.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one
has a king-size bed and the other has a double bed.
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, and lamps, there is also a TV and a large chest of drawers.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
The owners personally manage all lettings and clean and
maintain the cottage to a high standard. With this
in mind and for the comfort of all of our guests pets are not allowed to
stay and there is strictly no smoking permitted in the
cottage.
The cottage has a dedicated parking space and there are additional visitors spaces available.
