We require 50% of the rental fee (+ £100 security deposit) to be paid at the time of booking. If the booking is made less than two months of the arrival date, we require the rental fee (+ security deposit) to be paid in full.

Weekend rate from £340
Weekly rate from £400 - £800
Plus, £100 refundable security deposit required for all bookings
Changeover day is flexible, but Saturday is preferred for weekly rentals
Arrive from 4pm. Vacate by 10am

No smoking or pets permitted
